But CSR topics are complex, cross-functional, and systemic.
They require multiple perspectives and skills that are rarely available at the same time.
eSqwad is a tool for internal mobilization and innovation that:
– Structures and gamifies collective thinking
– Includes all your employees in the reflection, even if they are not experts on the topics
– Cross-checks ideas in real-time through multiple expert angles
– Brings complementary expertise via AI characters, with responsible use of this technology
of transition players (CSR managers, Chief Sustainability Officers, NGOs, etc.) say that the main barriers to their action are lack of time, staff, and internal buy-in.
of transition players say they feel they are effectively engaging their target audience.
Far from traditional methods, eSqwad offers a playful, unique and stimulating awareness and innovation experience.
We run a workshop of at least half a day, either in person or remotely, specifically designed to address your own CSR challenges, for 6 to 18 people.
This mission, the result of true strategic and creative thinking in collaboration with you, transforms your concrete challenge into an original and exciting game scenario.
We create a universe where your real challenge is staged, for reasons of immersion and confidentiality.
By recruiting in their team additional AI characters with varied technical and scientific expertise, powered by artificial intelligence, participants rapidly develop a creative and ambitious solution.
Still in a playful spirit, your participants present their solution to the other teams and try to convince them that it is the most complete, original and relevant in order to win the game and receive rewards.
Solutions are evaluated according to their impact, feasibility, externalities (positive or negative) and inventiveness.
After the workshop, you receive a comprehensive report of the proposed solutions to study their relevance according to your own criteria.
In the past, the alliance of expertise from various fields has already generated amazing, useful, and sometimes even revolutionary ideas!
Quiz duration: 15 seconds.
A workshop with the eSqwad solution and proven methodology is custom-designed to align with your company’s overall CSR strategy and integrate into a broader transformation effort.
eSqwad is aimed at all structures (SMEs, start-ups and large companies, NGOs, local authorities, etc.) that want to involve their members in an ideation and awareness-raising process around social, societal or environmental issues.
This tool aims to generate co-created solutions with your chosen audience to address a specific challenge your organization faces. Through an immersive and engaging game-like approach, your employees will collaborate with teammates whose expertise complements their own, shedding new light on your issues and generating potentially groundbreaking solutions in just a few hours.
The answer to this question depends essentially on your needs, but our ambition will always be to make raising awareness and finding solutions to these crucial issues for our collective future as democratic as possible.
Why not contact us by email, or via our form, to discuss it?
Your participants will be engaged for a minimum of 3 hours and 30 minutes (which can be divided into several sessions). Organized remotely or in person at your premises, it is structured in four phases:
A workshop runs optimally when 6 to 18 players participate, divided into teams of a maximum of three people.
Everything, from the transposition of your challenge into a playful mission to the smallest rule of the game, is designed to encourage participants to consider the problem to be solved from a new angle, and to develop innovative approaches.
To allow participants to free themselves from real-world constraints, and thus unleash their creativity, but also to ensure the necessary discretion regarding the reality of your challenges, it is first rewritten in the form of an immersive mission.
like the one that introduces a video or board game.
This step takes place in collaboration with you. We identify several avenues for exploration, and then finalize...
the one that catches your attention.

Artificial intelligence is indeed a very polluting tool, since it is estimated, for example, that 100 requests would be equivalent to one kilometer by car (this is however 100 times less CO2 than consuming 100 g of beef).
Our strategy is based on the ERC: Avoid, Reduce, Compensate.
Therefore, we are using the workshop to raise awareness about this data and the cost of unrestrained, daily use. We have chosen to organize this workshop in a small group, prioritizing collective human intelligence, in order to minimize its impact. Ultimately, this usage is intended to be offset by the benefits of the workshop in terms of the positive solutions developed.
eSqwad is driven by experienced complementary profiles, specialists in communication, AI and CSR issues. With years of experience in private Companies and NGOs, particularly in communication and content creation, we observed how difficult it is to raise awareness among the majority of people using only the usual methods of this sector.
It therefore seemed essential to develop new narratives, new forms of awareness, and collective ideation. Among them, creating an immersive and positive experience, like this playful workshop, appeared to be the most obvious answer.
We create and deliver fun, immersive and collaborative solutions that change the game! So, if you want to act for humans, animals, or the environment, know that we do too.
