Artificial intelligence at the service of collective intelligence.

What do you take away from an eSqwad workshop?

After organizing an eSqwad workshop for your team, activists, or any other audience, you will receive a summary of the work completed during the half-day session. This document, at least fifteen pages long, will be a valuable resource for implementing the projects developed by your participants.

Here is what this summary document contains:

  1. A contextualization of your workshop, recalling your objective, your challenge, and the mission on which your participants were challenged.
  2. The facilitator's observations on the progress of the workshop and how the participants engaged with the topic.
  3. A summary sheet on each project developed during the workshop: which human participants initiated it, what expertise did they use, how was their solution evaluated by the other participants and by our team.
  4. The proposed solution to fulfill the mission, as formulated by the participants during the workshop.
  5. The solution adapted to meet your challenge, while adhering as closely as possible to the intentions of the participants.
  6. A visual comparison of the scores obtained by the different solutions, according to our analysis criteria.
  7. A detailed, ready-to-use action plan proposal for each solution: phase, main action, detailed deliverable, responsible party, deadline.
  8. Photos of the workshop, taken by the facilitator, and freely usable for your internal or external communication.
  9. Solutions to go even further thanks to eSqwad (these will also be the subject of a future article).

Yes indeed, an eSqwad workshop is not just 3.5 hours of team-building, it's a real launchpad for effective actions, co-constructed and encouraged by those you want to involve!
