Unfortunately, the heat wave is coming back very soon, even though we’re barely at the start of summer…
Will it still be possible to work? How can we adapt our methods? When working outdoors, under the sun? Indoors, in an overheated office? Working remotely, in a sweltering environment?
These are all questions that absolutely must be asked within a company, involving all employees in the discussion, but also drawing on expertise—through characters driven by ethical AI—that we don’t usually have the opportunity to consult: a meteorologist, an ecologist, a craftsman, an architect, a doctor, an HR director, an environmental activist (and even a person from the Neolithic era, to return to simple solutions?)
To help companies ask the right questions and find the right answers—by involving not only their employees but also the knowledge and skills they may lack—we have developed a ready-to-use immersive scenario designed for use with the eSqwad method.
The goal: to bring the right people together (in person or remotely) to develop, within a few hours, a concrete, agreed-upon, and therefore actionable plan to address future heat waves.
We are convinced that solutions will emerge from a structured and augmented collective intelligence, leading to solutions and adjustments (schedules, transportation, architecture, etc.) that come from those who are most directly affected by these heat waves. Nothing will work if we exclude employees from the discussion.
