There\u2019s a difference between having access to ChatGPT and knowing how to use it when working on a somewhat complex CSR topic. Some employees already know how to use it to explore an issue or test an idea, while others limit themselves to very basic uses\u2014either because they don\u2019t have enough time or simply because they aren\u2019t sure where to start.<\/p>

This difference can quickly become an obstacle when we want to use artificial intelligence to collectively address an issue that affects the entire company. How can we enable everyone to contribute without making proficiency with digital tools a prerequisite?<\/p>

AI can also be learned through practice<\/h2>

When exploring the possibilities of artificial intelligence, training sessions and tool demonstrations naturally come to mind. But there\u2019s another way to become familiar with these applications: start with a concrete problem\u2014one to which employees can contribute\u2014and let them experience how AI can enrich their thinking.<\/p>

That\u2019s the approach we take at eSqwad. Our workshops start with a CSR challenge specific to the company and invite participants to work together to find solutions, with the support of AI characters representing different areas of expertise. The scenario and facilitation provide a framework for discussion, while allowing teams to explore avenues they might not have otherwise considered.<\/p>

Another benefit is that it allows employees who are not AI experts to discover the possibilities of AI by working on a topic they are familiar with. They can focus on the problem at hand, exchange ideas, and see firsthand how other areas of expertise can enrich their thinking.<\/p>

For CSR managers, this is a way to integrate AI into company practices while giving teams the opportunity to take ownership of it.
